Signia launches new Active, instant fit hearing aids.

With the explosion of ear bud Bluetooth technology, we have had lots of patients ask why hearing aid manufacturers can’t design hearing aids that look like ear pods but work like hearing aids.

On a single 4 hour charge, the earbuds have a runtime of 26 hours; or 23 hours runtime with 2 hours of streaming.  The Bluetooth connectivity also allows for easy streaming of media and phone calls directly to the ears from a smart phone.  Taking it one step further, Signia have introduced a smart phone application which allows users to adjust hearing aid volume, clarity and microphone polarity to customise their listening experience. This allows the clinician to make adjustments to the users hearing aids remotely.
