Clean Ears Spray is a natural product used by Victorian Hearing, that softens and dissolves the earwax. If this product is required to assist with wax removal during your appointment, the bottle is yours to keep. Otherwise, it can be purchased separately in our clinics, and soon on our online shop, to help keep earwax build-up at bay.
Victorian Hearing Extends an Unreserved Apology
Victorian Hearing extends an unreserved apology to all those people offended by our recent invisible hearing solution advertisement. These ads were removed from our website and Facebook page the same day we were informed of the offence they had caused. On that same day, we requested they should be removed from the trams and this was actioned by the tram company as soon as possible. Victorian Hearing will not publish this advertisement again.
RESPONSE TO INVISIBLE HEARING AID CAMPAIGN
Victorian Hearing sincerely apologize if our current invisible hearing solution add was hurtful, it was certainly not our intention.However, we are fighting a war with a large population of Australians (1 in 5) who refuse to seek hearing amplification because they are embarrassed. As well as poor communication and stress on relationships, hearing loss is also related to general health issues such as fatigue, risk of falls, depression etc.
